Spode's Herring Hunt is a highly collectable pattern among Spode porcelain lovers and each piece in the pattern depicts a different fox hunting scene.
Based on original drawings by J.F. Herring Sr., The Hunt pattern was first introduced in about 1930 and it was sometimes referred to as Herring Hunt.
The Hunt features scenes from British fox hunts. Riders riding magnificent horses leap fence and brook, as hounds pursue the quarry. Features scalloped edges, green borders and a vivid and stunning colorful design.
